The 700BHP Mustang will be Available in the UK

Clive Sutton is in the business of dealing the top-tier supercars like Ferraris, Bentleys and Aston Martin. He is also one of the few dealers that sells American brands in the UK. Now, he has a tuning package that turns the Mustang into a beast.

The Ford Mustang CS700 upgrade package takes a standard 5.0 litre 415bhp V8 engine Mustang into 645bhp powertrain. The upgrade features  by adding a quad-tailpipe exhaust system, a bigger intercooler and a Whipple supercharger. If you think that 645bhp is not enough, the extended power package adds a larger throttle body and carbon fibre inlet tubes and ups the power to 700bhp.

For additional styling and aerodynamics, there is a package that includes a carbon fibre deck lid, chin spoilers, rear wing and side skirts. The KW suspension package drops the car lower by 25mm. The brake package brings updated disc brakes and 20-inch 10-spoke Vossen wheels. There are also additional bits like the carbon fibre hood with ram air scoop and carbon fibre rear window louvres. Carbon fibre dashboard and enhanced audio system are available options for the interior.

If you think the CS700 package is too extreme for you, there are much more subtle packages available. The CS500 brings upgraded intakes and exhaust systems and ups the power rating to 500bhp. There is also a new rear valance and switchable exhaust control that lowers the volume of the engine and exhaust noise.

The cost for the whole package including the Mustang is a cool £72,500. The upgrade alone will buy you a new Mustang. The CS500 package is priced at £4,705. The CS700 and CS500 upgrade package and all the additional bits will only be available in the UK and on right-hand drive vehicles so importing the package to the US is out of the question (for now).

So, do you think this Mustang upgrade is awesome or just for show?
